The new 21barra5 GuestHouse represents the ideal choice where to regain possession of the most precious resource ever: time. A warm and design environment, where Federica and Gérard, owners of the structure, have decided to tell their concept of architecture and quality of life through sustainability and nature, art and design.

21barra5 is a wooden house, where the use of materials, technological choices and the use of renewable energy sources have contributed to the achievement of high energy efficiency which demonstrates the attention of the property towards the environment. Furthermore, obtaining the CasaClima certification is an absolute guarantee of comfort, of healthy and sustainable living.

The Guesthouse consists of six rooms and common areas, and thanks to the large windows, which make the rooms bright, a particular relationship is established with the external context that becomes an integral part of the internal environments. The lighting project curated by Light Center aims to restore a modern but welcoming environment thanks to technical and decorative elements branded Flos and Nemo Lighting, while the interior concept, curated instead by Lago Point Casa Più Arredamenti, gives elegance, lightness, contrast, vitality and architectural dimension to the environment

At the entrance of the structure, the living area and breakfast room overlooks the outside with large windows, offering splendid views of the Alps.
